Frequently Asked Questions

What's your privacy policy?

Our privacy policy is simple: we only ever ask for information that we absolutely need to fulfill a purchase and provide you with updates, and we never share that information with anyone.

What's your refund policy?

We're happy to offer a 30 day, no questions asked refund policy. If you purchase a plugin from us and aren't satisfied with your purchase, send us an email within 30 days of your purchase and we'll issue a fulll refund.

What will I receive when I purchase a plugin?

After a purchase, you'll receive an email with download links for each product. Each download link provides a zip file containing installers for all supported platforms. The links in your email will expire after 24 hours, but you'll always be able to use our Lost Download Link tool for an updated link. Please consult your DAW's manual if you have trouble installing, and feel free to contact us with any issues.

What's your update policy?

When we announce product updates, customers who had previously purchased an older version of the product will automatically get a link via email to download the new version, free of charge.

Do you offer demo versions of your plugins?

We do not offer demo versions of our products. We used to, and unfortunately it became a burden to maintain and a controversial feature in the first place. In lieu of demo versions, please consider the 30 day refund policy an opportunity to trial the product.

Lost or expired download link, can I get a new one?

Of course! Please see our "Lost a download link?" page, where you can enter your email address and we'll email you a fresh download link for every product you've purchased.

I downloaded an updated installer, but it's not working.

We noticed an interesting issue with some of our installers that we're hoping to fix soon, but in the mean time please know that this is a known issue with a known workaround: if you first delete the existing product binaries from your system and then re-run the new installer, everything should work as expected. To find and delete the product binaries on your system, consult the User Guide in your download zip file. Please reach out to us by email if you have any persistant issues.

Do your plugins support ProTools/AAX?

We are in the process of supported ProTools/AAX, and will be rolling out support on a per-product basis. Right now, both Temper and Tantrum are compatible with ProTools. Remnant is not yet compatible, but will be soon.

What operating systems do you support?

We actively support the use of our software products under Microsoft Windows 8.1 or newer, and under Mac OS X 10.9 or newer.

What sort of copy protection do you use?

Creative Intent plugins do not have anycopy protection. You are welcome to install them on any machine that you own.
